The sugar corresponds completely to codex alimentary as per Certificate of inspection by SGS or any other compatible World Class Inspection organizations shall be at the port of loading  (Sellers account) confirm that the product conforms to the following specifications.

Latest crop of sugar should be extracted from sound, unfermented and un decayed sugar cane – should be clean and free from any foreign matter, taste or odor and have the sweet taste characteristics of white sugar whether dry or in solution.

The White Sugar shall be packed in 50 Kg. Net Wgt./50.172 Kg. Gross Wt. Poly-lined New Jute Bags. Each bag shall be secured by tape to assure the safety of the commodity during ocean transport. Bags shall be branded in indelible ink or paint in the English language bearing marks: Made in “Country”; White Refined Sugar; Net Wt: 50.0 kg; Crop Current. (XXX Bags per sling of XXXXX Kg. On each vessel, Seller shall at Seller’s expense supply two (2%) percent of each shipment in empty bags of the same specifications.
